DESCRIPTION

Ian Shirogane, born September 25th, 20XX, is a blue-and-purple striped otter-esque creature that is Blue’s best friend and his personal spy. Notable features of Ian are:

• His almost emotionless face, to the point where he is almost never seen frowning or even blinking

• The purple mask-like fur pattern that runs across his face

• His usual-get up of an all black suit

BLOOD ART

His blood art, Advanced Control System, allows him to control any persons mind. There are no limitations to this power he can control any and as many minds as possible. The only reason Ian hasn’t taken over the world is that not only can you break out of the mind-control if you are strong enough, but also it takes extreme amounts of energy to control more than ten people at one moment. At full power, this blood art could also allow you to completely rupture someone’s brain and cause their head to implode on itself.

How did Blue and Ian meet

Ian met Blue on similar ground as Sabrina, but when Blue and Ian met, they had much more in common personality wise so Blue would seek advice from Ian whenever needed, and he basically became Blue’s advisor whenever he was in trouble. Ian also is the only member of the Blue’s core crew that does not have a tragic backstory. He came from a upper-middle class family and as of now both of his parents are still alive. He’s just always been a bit strange and seems to have been always been perfectly okay with killing people, spying on secret operations, and helping Blue murder a century-year-old demon.
