DESCRIPTION

Charlotte Luhua, also referred to Charlotte Candy Snickerdoodle or Mr. NY, born November 4th, 19XX, is a short statured, green haired, woman, dealing with the stress and trauma of the terrible Debiru family. She is the deuteragonist of ULTRABLUE PART ONE, and ULTRABLUE: ORIGINS. Notable features of Charlotte are:

• Her hairstyle; tied up in a bun, with noticeably large bangs

• Her petal shaped eye, and as of currently, her left eye being missing, with a scar being left behind

• Her usual get-up of a brightly colored suit, a bow, and denim pants

• Her… more curvaceous appearance.

BLOOD ART

Her blood art, Advanced Immortal Technician, Allows the user to create medicines and heal wounds on an infinite level. Also allows the user to magical medical tools as weapons. Has a powerful ability in which the user creates an infinite domain-esque space to use its powers with heightened levels. This is the reason that before the events of ULTRABLUE: PART ONE, Tony was able to come back to fight Blue again multiple times, as Tony was able to use Charlotte’s blood art to heal his injuries and keep Charlotte, and Blue to an extent, within his grasps.

CHARLOTTE’S TIES TO THE DEBIRU’S

Charlotte’s relationship with Blue’s parents, is in some ways sweet, and some ways a bit odd. Charlotte has known Blue’s dad, Musashi, all of her life, their families growing up near each other in the middle class. Over this time, they basically became family, as they would do everything together. Even finding a crush on the same girl. Sadly for Charlotte, Musashi got to her first, and eventually that girl became Blue’s mom. But that didn’t deter Charlotte, and the three of them stayed friends until the end of “their” lives, Charlotte even taking it upon herself to raise Musashi and Aiko’s sons, becoming their new mom in a way.
