DESCRIPTION

Tony, also referred to as Mr. NY and Erebus, born April 25th, XXXX, is a massive green reptilian demon creature with a translucent black torso radiating a mysterious energy. But he’s usually seen in a more humanoid form with long green hair put up in a ponytail, and extremely pale skin. He is the main antagonist of ULTRABLUE PART ONE, and ULTRABLUE: ORIGINS.

Despite his quest to steal Blue’s blood art, Tony’s blood art is equally as powerful. His blood art is Destructive Space Sight, which grants the user spatial manipulation and distortion, as well as the ability to steal other blood arts. He can control almost anything he can touch, and can create new realities and pocket dimensions at will.

HIS MOTIVE

One part of the ULTRABLUE story readers may find confusing is Tony’s villainous motive for going on a wild goose chase after Blue. Tony is of a species of demonic creatures that have been searching space for the perfect planet for years, yet they haven’t ever been successful in finding a place they can use suitably. Therefore, Tony has lived for centuries, but most of that time spent in an ancient device made by a civilization long ago. In his past, he used to always strive to make his parents, and species proud. But he was too violent in his escapades, and his family exiled him as they thought of him a defect. This did not anger Tony however, rather he decided he’d go out of his way to prove them wrong by finding the perfect world, a world suited for Blood Arts. He did, eventually, but he realized why his species were never successful, as he was immediately manhandled and sealed away by the sheer force of the people of that planet. Eventually though, centuries later, he was released from the seal, only to be sealed back in but into a human girl’s body. During that time in the girl’s body, he found out about a mysterious blood art with the power to do seemingly anything. Due to the fact he already has a pretty busted blood art, he decided that he’d steal Blue’s blood art and and enslave the planet with that newfound power, finally making his bloodline proud. Of course, it didn’t work. As he was not able to stop the sheer power of Sphere Control. In the later chapters of ULTRABLUE: ORIGINS, Tony seems to switch up his plans, however, this was due to his declining mental state and the constant blood he was losing during his final battle with Blue, causing him to believe he needed to have a legendary battle with Blue until the end of time and that this was his destiny all along.

TONY’S “DEATH”

Tony is 110% not dead. I can tell you that for sure as canonical fact. But how did Tony lose during those final moments in ORIGINS? Well, it was a mixture of multiple reasons. Firstly, he’d sustained too many attacks from Sphere Control, and the energy wasn’t leaving his body. He basically popped like a water balloon filled up with too much water. Secondly, his condition was already worsening due to Charlotte. Him switching in out of Charlotte’s body, all while constantly battling Blue and using Charlotte’s blood art to heal himself, and the fact that he’s of a completely different species and does not have the same organs and functions as Charlotte, his body couldn’t sustain the power he was exerting. In his final moments, his brain basically fried and exploded.
